In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at support@indianethnic.com within 48 hrs of receipt of the order. Please mention the reason of return while contacting the customer care. Please keep all packaging material and original invoice intact.

You may return only items purchased from IndianEthnic Inc. that have a manufacturing defect or if a wrong product has been delivered.

If we end up making an error in spite of best efforts, the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded. In any other case, the Shipping Charges and other expenses would be borne by you.
Q: Are there any duties and taxes/Will I Be Charged For Customs Charges In Case Of International Shipping ?
All of IndianEthnic Inc. orders are shipped from our warehouse either in North America or India to your provided shipping address via DHL/Fedex.
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied.
In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to custom clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.
If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
Q: When Will I Receive A Refund For My Returned Products ?
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation.

Yes, we deliver all over North America and Shipping is free for orders above $400.
