Returns:	Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold and therefore, it will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Instructions:	Despite you selected the option for stitching, Please mention ‘Stitching Required’ in ‘Notes’ on the checkout page. We will ask your measurements via forms, which will be emailed to you after completing your order.

Returns

Time:	If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, don’t worry. You can return it back within 7 days.
Process:	Please Send us an email on care@indianerthnic.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will discuss for the reason of the return and provide you the the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to ship the product.
Refunds/ Replacements:	If you have received a damaged product, we will send you a new one as per the availability of the item.
Amount refund:	We refund the amount to your credit card/bank account if there is our fault else we offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Appearance & Wash Care

Variations:	The photographs of the products are taken under photography purpose light condition so, Color and Texture may have slight variation.
Wash care:	Machine Washable products are mentioned on the label of the garments otherwise it is only dry clean. Cold water recommended for all our products.
Embroidery:	Embroidery, Patch work and thread work may have slight irregularities. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion to the surface.
Block Print:	Due to the design is hand printed, the Color, design and motifs overlapping and placement may have slight variation.
Handloom:	Yarns and Slubs may have some uneven and missing contrasts which have inherent characteristic of the style of the fabric.
Woven Motifs & Fabric:	Sometimes Fabrics and motifs on woven design may vary.
